Privacy & Cookies
This notice explains how the campaigncanvas.net marketing website handles visitor data. Licensing, checkout, and the customer portal are handled by the Datapad Projects service at projects.datapad.nl — see its own privacy notice for those details. For how the CampaignCanvas product handles form submissions inside your Umbraco install, see the product privacy docs.
Who we are
CampaignCanvas is operated by Datapad. If you have a question about this notice or want to exercise a data-protection right, email us at [email protected].
What we collect
On this website we collect the following data:
- Analytics (only with your consent) — anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4: pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, country-level location. No personally identifying information.
We do not collect emails, run checkouts, or store account data on this site. Those flows live on projects.datapad.nl.
Cookies & similar storage
We use a small number of cookies and browser-storage entries:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Set when |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Cookie | Google Analytics — anonymous usage measurement. | Only after you click Accept on the consent banner. |
cc-cookie-consent | localStorage | Remembers your choice on the consent banner so we don’t keep asking. | When you click Accept or Reject. |
Before you consent, Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode v2 cookieless mode— no analytics cookies are stored, and only anonymous pings are sent so we can count rough page views. Advertising storage is denied permanently (we don’t run ads).
Changing your mind
To revoke analytics consent, clear the cc-cookie-consententry from your browser’s site storage (or use “Clear site data” in your browser’s developer tools for this domain). On the next page load the banner will reappear so you can choose again.
Third parties
- Google Analytics(Google Ireland Ltd.) — analytics only, and only after your consent. See Google’s privacy policy.
How long we keep data
- Analytics data — retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months, then automatically deleted.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with similar data-protection laws, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Complain to your local data protection authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
